I love In N Out because of their burgers however it ends up being more than that. The fact that they are an example of a functioning ethical business model is my primary love for the company. Seeing as they pay there workers decent wages and that they also remain family owned is what really makes them a standout among restaurants.

Five Guys depends on whose cooking and how you order it. There is a pretty large variance between them. In and Out is fairly consistent from store to store. A good Five Guys will beat out a good In and Out in my opinion.

eating meat is healthy. but, meat cut with fat and saturated in oil isn't though. you can argue animal cruelty all you want, and I'll agree with you 100% of the time, but arguing health is a false distribution of evidence. Just because you're vegan doesn't mean you're eating healthy. You still have to balance a diet, which most vegans I know actually don't know how to do. The problem is that a balanced plant based diet is often very expensive, so they just can't do it. Meat does provide the essential aminos and other nutrients. Meat will typically provide those nutrients in a lesser amount too. Of course that depends on the type of meat you're eating; but that also applies to a vegan diet.

I live on the east coast of the US and just got back from a wedding in San Antonio, Texas (they have In-N-Out in Texas now). Growing up in Southern California In-N-Out is one of the go-to places for a good burger. Honestly there are better burgers out there, but for a chain restaurant you really can't beat it. If you are really hungry go in there and get yourself a 4x4 animal style with whole grilled onions, and you have to get Animal style fries.

I live in California, it is always packed. Drive thru line is like 14 cars in a town with 70,000 that's a lot. it is faster to park and get it inside.

The reason why I’n n out isn’t everywhere is because all of its bread, meat and it’s ingredients is transported all in 1 day to keep it fresh I’n n out bread and meat is never frozen or placed in a freezer thats part of the reason why it tastes so good

The closest In and Out near where I live is 2 miles away and there is always a long,long, line at the Drive thru.. inside the restaurant is no different! People just love their burgers and fries!
