Hey Leigh... I seem to drop tips in alot of your videos (BTW did you get a static strap for the camper yet?). With regard to cleaning silver (if its not real old, I don't know how it works with old alloys that might be more reactive, but works like a charm on .925 silver...) Get a non metallic bowl (either plastic, glass or pottery works), put the silver in the bottom, get some tin foil (assume as an aussie you know what i mean by that), tear up a few strips of the foil, put it just away from the silver in the bottom as well. sprinkle some baking soda onto the tinfoil, and pour on hot water to submerge it all. Basic chemistry, the outer coating on the silver is generally an oxide, sulphate or chloride. The tinfoil is made of a more reactive metal than silver. The baking soda acts as a catalyst for the reaction, and the hot water starts it. The 'muck" on the silver will slowly dissolve off and attach to the foil. It might take a couple of rounds of it to clean it up. I use this to clean silver jewellery here in New Zealand (especially if been swimming in volcanic water as it blackens from the sulfur). Give it a try on some silver and you will see what i mean. Cheers from NZ, Dan

So many questions - can you use the breathing thing when there is surf? Or only in calm waters? How do you clean everything up? And what do you do with all your finds? Sell to fund your adventures?

You can use the dive system when there’s a little surf but I wouldn’t take it in water that’s too rough 😄 I just clean it in the shower, a good rinse will take of the salt. I never sell any treasure in case the owner shows up, I’d love to give it back to them 😃

The PRADA chain is simply a stainless steal badge/pendant (chain tag) for items purchased. Worth only about $15-$25. Still a nice find

But sand hunting is allowed & you can apply through the ministry of culture in Athens it’s a long process but can be done mate one year we get you here & I will take you out hunting I could add you to my permit just remind me next year as my renewal for this season is being processed but yes we will catch up eventually bro🏖🇬🇷💙👍
