If you need a detailed answer and understanding then you need to join my classes … however the simplest answer is, “ I will deliver my task what I have learnt so far from my manager and would take help from anyone who can make it successful “ .. it’s a subjective answer - the more specific the problem is the more you can sharpen the answer …. I tried doing the same giving responsibility to the that staff but she started nussusing that too, she started commenting on other staff behaviour with ego as she is the one taking the meeting so she felt like she is the leader
