By not upgrading my diet and consuming meat sugar and caffeine i was out of balance and missed key opportunities and lost my brother and dream girl. Diet is everything. Now im trapped in an rv with my parents with cockroaches everywhere. I now eat fast food often and drink soda. I failed my life. I think it's interesting, some of the restaurants mentioned are not even available in my country. We don't have Chick-fil-A or Chipotle (I actually had to Google these). That's one thing. Other thing is the food deliveries - I feel that they are conducive to a more unhealthy diet, all it takes these days to order a meal is just a phone with internet and a dedicated app... You're always two clicks away from McDonalds, and I think this is the main reason so many people fall for it. Like, man you don't even have to get up, get in the car and ride it to a nearest drive-through... Someone is going to do it for you, and deliver your food almost for free. This is sick, and wasn't even a thing in my teenage years (at least where I come from, it's all pretty much new, this app delivery stuff).

Actually McDonalds can make it easier to lose weight because of simple calories. I lost 20 pounds eating a greek yogurt in the morning, getting a Mcdouble, small fry and coffee for lunch, and cooking a potato and meat for dinner. To the guy who owns the farm. I think balance is important. Meat doesn't have much (or any) of the benefits that you don't see on nutrition facts, like phytochecmicals and antioxidants. i usually go #7 , medium dr pepper or root beer, and m&m mcflurry. and think before i get it “im so hungry this is gonna taste so good” and then after I eat it, I usually hate myself to the max hahaha and then the cycle repeats probably not two days in a row but usually the amount of hatred you feel prevents you from going two days in a row but if Im not focused on diet and working out and hitting correct macros that I wish for my body to obtain i go probably twice a week out of convenience. but if im really focused on diet and body workouts, even trying to find a balance to give myself any okay to eating mcdonalds kills my focus when in the zone of hitting a body weight goal in a given amount of time. what i do allow myself is ice cream in the IIFYM method sometimes so maybe id get a mcflurry but at least they have just regular vanilla ice cream so that option would be better without the m&ms when the machine isnt broken but yeah the its def addictive and tastes so good and you def hate yourself after you eat it haha

The man is right about the organic meat. He is also right about vegetables nowdays being pretty much empty calories if not toxic for you. Every Veggie you can buy is manmade. Genetically altered and full with chemicals. best way is to eat organic grass fed meat. Most Nutrients and least toxins. Also rich with protein. People say that eating meat is unhealthy because they think about fast food and cheap meat. If you truly live an organic carnivore diet then you are 100% better off than eating veggies every day. No doubt about it. I wouldn't only eat meat and diary tho because especially in the summer its really nice to get hydrated through local fruits and I mean some raw honey or self made sweets aren't all that bad. I also think that wild berries and even mushrooms are fine. Everything that you find in the wild is better than let's say, imported bananas in the winter.

3:50 150 grams of protein per day? That seems quite hard to obtain from just food. An egg is about 7 grams each, so even if you eat four of them every morning you'd need to get 122 g from elsewhere. Since meat is 15 - 20% protein, you'd need to eat 600 - 800 grams of that each day to get the rest.
