Excellent video! Thank you!! This video helped me shift my perspective quite a bit, as well as help me see the good things I’m already doing as a supervisor and leader. I struggle with accepting the positive feedback I’ve received at my job. It’s been less than 15 months at my current job and I’ve promoted 3 times, with another promotion coming in five months once I’m eligible. Also received 4 awards, one of which was a leadership award. Your video helped me see the lack of congruency. I don’t see myself with the accomplishments and think highly of myself. I don’t feel like I have that confidence and skill though others see it. So something is off and I think it’s my perspective of myself. Thanks again for this video it’ll be on my mind for the day as I reflect on it 🙏🪴
