One thing you forgot to mention, before the mauschen was added, this tank had the most hp of ANY tier 9 tank IN THE GAME, even more than the type 4... as a tank destroyer, which is crazy. I 3 marked this tank many years ago and I love it, it has the best gun in the game in my opinion for the combination of gun handling, pen, dpm, shell velocity, and alpha. Everything about the gun is beautiful.

Agreed, it's amazing, has become my favorite vehicle in the game. Anyone interested in the real vehicle get Otto Carrius' "Tigers in the Mud" he commanded a JagdTiger battalion at the end of the war.

Just some interesting tid-bits I learned from tanksgg. There's some weird comparisons with the JT vs the WT. The WT carries 4 more rounds than the JT despite being much smaller, and the concealment after firing reduces reduces camo by 84% on the JT and 85% on the WT despite the WT having a muzzle brake which is notorious for giving away positions more than guns without (in real world scenarios)

17:35 that makes sense, back in the day, having a turret on a TD always meant worse overall stats for the same gun compared to the non turreted equivalent

Nice to see the Jagdtiggy getting a runout, the Jagpanther at tier 7 plays exactly the same, which you will soon get to on the grind. It may be worth lowering your picture down during gameplay to cover the chat, as the Shtpk was getting a real roasting in the first game!

Not the same. It's more considerably mobile and armour rarely works. I used to play it as sniper with 8.8 back in the day, and often I were going medium tank routes.

I suggest to always use turbo on turretless TDs. That extra reverse speed can save your life very often. It's especially useful on swedish TDs with siege mode.

Coming from someone who three marked this tank, people really do sleep on this tank without realizing how well the gun can work. DPM wise it's a very dangerous tank when played correctly.

Imo the combination of having a turret as well as workable camo is what makes the wt better. Its so easy to hide behind others and just do a quick peek for that 560, id personally rather be small, flexible and have 0 armor than be huge, inflexible and have a bit of armor (+hp)

Another slept on tank is the Jpanther2, currently on the road to 3mark it as its easy and it would be my first 3mark on pc and i enjoy the thig alot as it can be aggresive and also stay back and snipe

back in like 2014 15, i was finally on the then top tier jagdtiger....back then your super structure was extremely strong and gun extremely good...still recorded the all time highest damage by me of 9.X K damage....good old days you can play both sniper and assault break through TD with this thing, back then.

I totally enjoyed this tank back in the day and 3 marked it. Its also strong now but hull down meta and high pen just go through the superstructure, not impossible to deal with tho-, sad to see a lot of tanks being called "outdated" just because new better tanks are coming out😅

STILL Trying to Grind the Ferd... But I have the JT88 and the JT P, I have Hardening, Vents and Rammer on the JT P, and Rammer, Hardening, and Turbo on the JT88, All Bounty Equipment... And to make it Fair for the Red team, I'm using the ferd's Garbage Crew in all 3 Tanks, because I'm not Greedy... lol BiA Crew at least, and 93% into their First Skills... Might have to throw a Couple Books at'em for Fun, we'll see....

There is no fix for that, you just need to learn how to trade your health for damage better.
