I sat in a clinic in Florida where an old lady was raising holy hell because she didn't have an appointment so they said she couldn't be seen. The nurse told her she had an appointment for a different day but had canceled it and never rescheduled. The lady kept yelling "but I wanted a new appointment for today!" The nurse said "you just said you wanted to cancel, you didn't actually reschedule. " and the lady yelled back "of course I wanted to reschedule! Why would you think I didn't want a new appointment? That doesn't make sense!" She was telling the nurse she basically should have read her mind. The nurse told her it didn't matter because the next appointments weren't for months, which she told her at the time, so that day had never been an option. The old lady literally just picked a day and showed up! I was so mad when they gave in and squeezed her in to shut her up. 😡

The bike lane one grinds my gears. I live in NYC and go riding on my escooter everyday, and we have bike lanes so riders can have a lane to rude and remain off the roads and sidewalks, yet people often block the bike lanes either by parking in them or others will do what that fool dod and stand in the bike lane, and they always blame us for being in the wrong while RIDERS IN THE BIKE LANE HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY. We try to stick to the bike lanes so we are put of the way, yet are constantly inundated with main character fools whom think the entire road and sidewalk belongs to them and them alone. So yeah, it grinds my gears. I ran into someone the other day because I got tired of these people, I had the right of way and they walked into the bike lane without looking so to teach them a lesson I did not stop and rode right into them, and they of course told me I wasn’t paying attention until I replayed my GoPro video for them to show them they never ever looked in any direction.

For the first one, the answer is no, there is no one in her life who will help her with things like that because she is the kind of ultra-entitled person who does things like this which means she's like this every day and her neighbors have likely learned that helping her will just make their lives harder. Some of these I think are being done on a bet or some kind of hazing process, In a lot of major cities, every fall it used to be totally normal to see university students doing the most absurd things in public during 'frosh week'.

Ok. I’m partially physically handicapped. Got Rheumatoid Arthritis at 23 (when living in Salem.) I have written very specific delivery instructions in the Amazon App because I CANNOT pick packages up off the floor, or carry them if too heavy, especially in an elevator. The Amazon drivers have access to the main door of our apartment complex but I have also written the code to call me to be buzzed in. I can do this from anywhere- I don’t have to be in the building. Ask me how many times the drivers IGNORE my very polite, please and thank you instructions and just throw my deliveries on the floor near the mailboxes? I can tell you it’s above 90%. I even stated that I’m handicapped. Our BUILDING is designated for residents with physical disabilities so they know everyone has varying degrees of difficulty with packages. So I kind of understand the first woman’s desire to lay under the f*cking truck. I can’t, because I can no longer get down to or up off the floor. Im also not a lunatic. As for UPS - they’re WORSE.
