In my experience it's extremely normal for people to throw a big banger when their son or daughter gets accepted to a college especially depending on the college if it's a more prestigious hard to get in college. Not so much if they're going to some place like I felt a thigh;) everybody gets in Community College. Or one of those online colleges that accepts everyone. You get into something like Yale or Princeton or St Mary's as a couple of examples and families generally make a big to do. It's not like the guy got accepted into Nova Scotia agricultural College;) I don't think they even get a crap ton of applicants for ncc. St Mary's in Halifax is one of the ones that gets a load of applicants and it's a lot harder to get in even for a local College. So depending what college this guy got accepted to or girl for that matter it's extremely common.

Reminds me of the time I stayed for new years at my ex's house (We weren't dating yet) and her mom was drunk and kept coming to the couch and getting awfully close to my ween I of course didn't try to do anything cause 1 she was married and 2 I really like my ex at the time I also was 15 at the time but yeah eventually I had to call her sister to walk her to her room indefinitely and she stopped coming back

So the thing i don't get is why would you hate your friend for sleeping with your single mom or dad? And even if they are married/in a relationship and they want to cheat on their partner then you don't have to feel bad because they are bound to do it again with someone else. So for example if my mom didn't have a partner at the time and wanted to have some fun with someone I wouldn't object since we have trust in eachother.
