Tbh, it's crazy how psychopath thinks saying they won't hurt you while chasing you when they are a random stranger who stood still in the middle of the road watching you, would make anyone feels safe. it's like in Survival 101, never trust a random stranger who said they won't hurt you especially when they are chasing you for no reason.

I remember I was at a "friends" house back when I was still messing around in the hood ,. It was me and another guy , as we were leaving as in barely walking out of the first room , something told me to get out of there quick. It was a small hall way so I pushed the other guy hard forward and forward and told him hurry. ... Well we got out the door and I quickly slammed it behind me. Not a second later his vicious pitbull that he kept in a small cage went head first hard into the door and started slamming into it while psychoticly barking and growling. We were so lucky that I listened to my instincts that day

I remember when I was in 7th grade,I was dating a guy name Dylan. He lived a on the opposite side from my grandparents. So like close to the backyard. He had friends that was a few houses down the road. Young and naive me thought to go walk down there and see if he was there. Almost halfway I started to feel nervous and unsure if I should kept going. I turned around and started my way back to my grandparents house. I remember that some of the guys that I was able to see was outside,noticed ne and whistle at me and said hey. And maybe something else but I don't fully remember that part. I am thankful I didn't continue that walk. Even tho I don't know what would have happened but I'm glad I listened to my gut and just noped out.

3:45 The top of really high mountains (like Colorado's 14ers) are so high that trees can't grow there. The border between where trees can grow and where they cannot is called the "treeline." If they were that close to the top, they were definitely above the tree line, making them the tallest thing on the top of a mountain in a lightning storm. They just had to run back to the treeline to be relatively safe, as there is a tree canopy coverage. However, they would still need to get off the mountain as quickly as possible.

Humans have the same instincts as animals do but the difference is animals don't care about a predators feelings and will run away if they sense danger. But because we are human we do so that's why being nice and ignoring your fear and intuition will get you in trouble. Your body is telling you that something is wrong. Listen to it.

I used to have this creepy neighbor that would always be outside when me and my brother were in the pool, he always had a lawn chair angled towards our screened in patio. The dude always made me uncomfortable. About a year ago we moved to a house a but further back into the neighborhood as we'd been renting before. All seemed fine. About a month ago I was walking my dog around the neighborhood. Note, I was wearing shorts a crop top and an over sized partially zipped up jacket. It was about 7:45pm when I got to that side of the neighborhood and the sun was nearly gone. As I was rounding the corner onto my old street I got this really uncomfortable feeling, I always walked the neighborhood and always felt completely fine. Even if it was getting dark out. I took out my headphone because I didn't want to turn around. And sure enough I see my creepy old neighbor down the road, I crossed onto the side of the street he was on because he was near the end and I expected him to wrap around almost and go to the other side. I was getting too close so I crossed back over to the opposite side of the street. I zipped up my jacket all the way and decided to just keep walking. My house was like 3-4 streets away and it would've taken even longer if i'd turned around. I was hoping to walk by unannounced but of course my dog had to bark at his dog. He looked up and said "Hey, how are you?" in my best attempt to be friendly I said "Hi, I'm good, thank you. And you?" he didn't say anything and just stared at me. Which made me even more uncomfortable. So I decided it was time to just leave and I said "ok, I've gotta be going. have a good night." to which he just continued to stare. a turned to start heading home, the opposite way of his house, and I see him start walking in the same direction. I try to ignore it and just pick up the pace a bit. I make it to the next street and decide to glance behind me. I don't see him but I see his bright white dog come to a sudden stop, then keep walking my way. Maybe I'm paranoid, but I FaceTimed one of my male friends and kept going straight where I was supposed to turn to get home quicker, but I didn't want him to know where I lived. I stopped in front of a house with two guys working on their car outside and said loudly to my friend on FaceTime "Hey, (friends name)" I made it as obvious as possible that I was on the phone and walked down to the next turn. I stopped there and turned around, I couldn't see my creepy neighbor or his dog anymore. I stood there for a while trying to see if he'd just appear. I walked home and got inside as quick as possible. After that I looked back on it and realized how he would never approach me or speak to me when my male friend would come to meet me and walk the dog. He wouldn't even look in my direction. maybe I'm paranoid but he walked way past his house, when the sun was down, right behind a teenage girl. I feel like even if there were no bad intentions you shouldn't follow someone. idk

Not a "get out" story, but kind of odd. So one day I had a random drink appear in front of my door. No biggie to me, but I found it odd. My spouse asked the neighbors if they ordered anything. Nope. The thing had a reciept, but it didn't say delivery and the item had a long list of added stuff in it. There was no knock on our door for thr initial delivery either. We felt it had d***s in it, so we didn't touch AT ALL. It stayed at our doorstep for a whole 24 hrs. Then it was gone. Just very strange!

3:43 Apparently lightning goes from the GROUND up. Something like that. Run away is a great idea.
@jismeraiverhoeven Жыл бұрын
Thats not entirely true. Lightning CAN strike from the ground up but generally doesnt. Lightning can strike from the weirdest places (generally they strike from the bottom of a thundercloud, but they can also strike from the top). In the case of lightning striking from the ground up, generally lightning struck somewhere in the ground and it then radiates outward, shocking everything in its radius. He probably was somewhere near the edge of that radius and got away before he got in any real danger
@Kayenne54 Жыл бұрын
@@jismeraiverhoeven For some reason, I read/saw somewhere that positive electron charges in a person, object or the ground can attract negative electrons in clouds and hence they've taken video of the strike going upwards, not coming downwards as we always thought. Can't find that info now though. And of course, wasn't meaning ALL lightning; just referring to the OP in the story, whose body was reacting. Some lightning goes across the sky etc. So unless I imagined the whole video I recall watching years ago...which would be bad. Lol.

Once, after I went grocery shopping at a store that was less that 20 minute walk away and was walking home. I got this off feeling and saw this skinny guy walking behind me, something about him just freaked me out so I slowly sped up. Luckily our gardener was walking across the street, so I went to him and told him what was going on. He walked me home and sat by my side as we both watchd this guy stalk pass my house twice. Turns out my gardener knew of him and told me that said stalker just got out of jail for assault and theft. Thank god for that nice old man that happens to be the gardener.

So I googled it, and apparently there are multiple ways to tell you'll be struck- the hair on your arms will also stand up, you'll feel static in the air, there's a metallic taste to the air, you can smell ozone, you start to get dizzy and start to sweat, and you start feeling electricity in the air. There are plenty of ways for bald people to tell they're about to get struck by lightning.

My ex-friend and I (ex-friend now for a multitude of reasons) explored an abandoned building in the loft/attic area. I told her something wasn't right. The weather was a bit spooky too, severe fog and eerily quiet. We found traces of someone living up there in the loft/attic. We found recent food packages and heard some creaking in the floor. The floor was almost rotten so I told her to be careful because it wouldn't hold our weight if we went any further. We noped outta there when we heard a loud noise and ran down as fast as we could. Moments after, we heard footsteps and a severe noise in the ceiling where someone or something apparently cracked through the loft/attic and got stuck. We were like NOPE LET'S GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE and just ran and ran

How are you doing sweetie? How are you feeling? In the very first story, his tweaker girlfriend was definitely trying to set that investigator up for major harm, and she did the right thing by just leaving, In the second story, I am glad that those men got the f up out of that house because they were about to be burnt alive. In the third story, I feel something very bad would've happened to him if he would've reached the top of the mountain. In the fourth story, he might've just been playing or goofing around and not paying attention to where he was stepping. His friend really did indeed save his life. In this story right here, he really did want to R her so that is a great thing that she ran. Some of us men be afraid to especially when women pounce on us and we don't want it. In this story, those grown nasty men were going to kidnap that kid if they didn't run. I hear that those are the types of neighborhoods where it happens the most at. This story right here is very scary and I am happy to hear that they both were able to hide before it was to late. In this story, that war vet was definitely going to try to do something to her, and that man's German Shepphard would've definitely had his back. These were some amazing stories!! I love you so much!! Stay safe!!

When i was little i don't know how old I was but i know i was very young, me and my little brother were visiting our dad and his side of the family and the whole family went to the park to barbecue and for some unknown reason they picked the last picnic table that was by the woods, my dad is alcoholic btw so he didn't know what we were doing, anyway my cousins wanted to go in the woods, especially cousin A, Cousin A was very mean when we were kids, she tried drowning my little brother once in a pool, i still haven't forgiven her for that but anyway me being dumb and listening to my ADHD, i went ahead and followed her, luckily i had cousin B was walking with me, i was closer to cousin B btw, by this point cousin A was already far gone into the woods, when we were walking we got news that cousin A was bit by a snake so we just decided to head back, when we were walking, cousin B just stopped walking out of nowhere and i was gonna continue but she was quick to grabbed me by my shirt and i looked at what she was looking at and there was man through the trees watching the picnic table our family was at, he was basically watching our family, as soon as he was gone, we zoomed out of the woods so fast we never went back in and stayed out. If i would've taken another step he would've heard us and i know for sure we both would have been gone, but if it wasn't for my cousin stopping me from taking a another step like i said gone...but i like to think she's my hero :) she saved both of our lives that day
