People who witnessed a murder, what is your story?

I was 14 i played hockey my team was playing in a tournament out of state and we were all at the same hotel in holland Michigan. The first night there around 12:03-12:06 I’ll say I was in the lobby waiting for my teammate to walk in. Out of no where I hear 2 shortsin quick succession. Then Maybe 1 second later 4 more. I ran upstairs and I see a 14yo black male crawling on the floor with his intestines hanging out. I called the cops the first one showed up within 30 seconds. At this point I was in my coaches car with his family hiding. My dad runs out of the hotel looking for me. He gets in the car. Long story short the guy who killed hiker got life in prison. Horrible experience

An attempted murder. The week after Thanksgiving in... 2021? 22? I woke up to gunshots in the middle of the night. Normally its only a couple, no more than 9 or 10. Ugh, that just feels wrong to say. Anyway, they just kept going. I heard them go past my house and up the street. I could follow them one way, back toward the house, and off a different direction. I immediately called 911. I turned on my scanner app and learned that several people had just called, one saw what happened: A dark SUV had just chased a light colored stationwagon around the neighborhood, shooting continuously. The cops who showed up found several dozen bullet casings. Over the next few days, we found damage around the neighborhood. My car was hit, there is still a hole in my gutter. Three houses were hit, including one where the bullet went right past the wife at the kitchen table and hot the fridge. That family moved within the month (they were middle eastern and worried it was a targetted hate crime). My SIL still says it was a conflict between Bloods and Crips. Didnt even know we had them in my city.

I'll come the person in the story with the sergeant at the train.Ing camp didn't tell the persons that the boy's parents about the conversation or about what really happened.He let it go until they contacted him
