Agree my BF dad was 56 when he had him and died from old age when he was late 20s and it REALLY messed him up...not fair to the kids at that age especially nowadays 20 plus year old are like 12 year old. Since John and his wife can not find their features on Billy , I'll help them a little bit. Billy has that ready wide smile from his mom and the eye color from his dad. The Filipino aspect of his mom is totally unrecognizable, but his chiseled face look seem to follow that of John. The area from the lips and nose to the eyebrow has his mom's features.
