The more the defendant kept flapping her gums, the bigger the hole she dug for herself. That company did not treat the plaintiff like a valued customer. Replying to a customer when you "feel" like it is not good for business and this video is on the internet ...f-o-r-e-v-e-r! I'm glad the plaintiff won his case. Bravo!

they did the job and earned the money . someone or something knocked the gate off the track . bad verdict . this judge is always ruling against hard working people and ruling in favor of dishonest property owners. this company has GOOD REVIEWS , and to me that means its more likely than not that the plaintiff is lying about not knowing what really happened to knock that gate off the track .
@Childfree3342 жыл бұрын
I kept wanting to tell the defendant to JUST STOP🤚🏾. She knows darn well her company botched the job, and her text evidence only proves the plaintiff's case. Why can't people just admit their wrongs/mistakes and make it right with the customer? It's not a hard concept to grasp.

her excuse was “well he asked us to remove the post” at the end like no he didn’t, he asked for it it open wider. even if he asked her to remove a post, a decent company would tell him “no that won’t work” bc they’re the professionals and he’s not. it’s like when someone with black hair goes to a salon and asks to be platinum blonde with no damage or in one session. that’s not possible, any good hairdresser would explain that and refuse to do it. she was insufferable.

Second, there's a fourth picture of the white gate, full width with orange arrows drawn on it, at 8:22. Third, the picture of the black gate, in the text messages around 10:58, seem to lead to a set of stairs with what appears to be a handicap ramp, not a driveway.

I find the testimony contradictory. The man said the gates were really heavy and he couldn't put them back on which tells me some force had to be applied to the gate to push it off the track. Gates don't just fall off when they only move back and forth.
@belleame10642 жыл бұрын
There are a few reasons: uneven gate or track, unbalanced foundation or gate, poor quality track (depicted by rust on track) the gate might have become unbalanced when they extended it.
