Being Careless With a Car

The plaintiff says she stored a car at the defendant’s place of business, and when she tried to retrieve it, the car was gone. It turns out her car was stolen while in the defendant’s care, so she’s suing the defendant for the vehicle’s worth. The defendant claims he never even let the defendant store her car on his property in the first place.
