The plaintiff was driving on the highway when the defendant cut across three lanes of traffic and ran into her. The defendant didn’t stop, but she chased after him and he apologized. The plaintiff claims the defendant hasn’t paid her for the car damage, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff hit him, not the other way around.

She had to backup to get on the ramp which shows she was not trying to get on the ramp.
