That's insulting to Shankly and Ferguson. They won their trophies in a clean and fair manner. Pep literally needed the help of the referees to win his 2 UCLs with Barcelona in 2009 and 2011. Without that help, he'd be irrelevant today. Then he breached some of the 115 FFP rules in the summer of 2017 when he overhauled his entire backline at City in one summer transfer window. Without that, he doesn't start winning league titles so soon at City (as a result the rest of the success doesn't follow either). Pep and scandals = a better love story than Twilight.
