The sound is coming from Pepe's hands still even without PA it sounds like this. However they use to record flamenco guitars with small condensers. The clip on the guitar might be a piezo pickup.

While wachting this vid I wonder what kind of mics they using to get this flamenco sound, as far I can see there´s two mics, one in front of the soundhole and a small one into the soundhole anyone knows waht kind they are?
