First you power drill the bottom to damage him, and once his health hits zero it will appear.

At 49:27, you seem to automatically collect the fifth coin but you don't really show how you got it as you edited the video somehow. Where is that fifth coin?

Nevermind, I seemed to have collected it just by getting enough jewels.

I actually both did, and did not do that. While you found it, for anyone else struggling I get it at 49:57. Basically, I did the initial run, got the coin, but died (I think I hit the lower mine, and then missed a jump.. I don't have the source files to check anymore.). So I edited out that failure, and redid the run where I got the coin again, but this time I had already had it, so it kind of blends in with the ice. As for the fourth coin on Cannon Climb it can be found at 44:55.
