Pepper Steak

An easy recipe for a family to eat.

INGREDIENTS:
500g beef ( i use the ribeye cut)
2 garlic cloves
3 bell pepper
1 Large onion
for the marination
2Tbsp soy sauce
1 small pack oyster sauce
2tsp ground black pepper
1tsp salt
1Tbsp cornstarch
you can use other cut of meat just check the time of cooking for the exact cut.
