Pepper Water Chilli Fry

This typical Anglo Indian dish is really tasty with a blend of sourness and spice.
Ingredients
Pepper Water
Cup Red Lentils
Pod Garlic
2 inch Ginger
2 & half Tbls Tamarind
1 Tsp Jeera (Cumin)
1 Tsp Rye (Mustard Seed)
Quarter Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Whole Pepper Corn
Chilli Fry
Ladle Spoon Oil
1 kg Lamb
2 Big Onions Chopped
In Paste (small onion, pod garlic, 2" Ginger, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder.}
