My family love curry puffs as we call them, I always make them on Christmas Eve and they are demolished as they come out of the oven 😂 I bake them in puff pastry rectangles, some with beef mince some with prawns. Yours look delicious as does everything you make x

Hello, Pearl, I am starving as I have been over dosing on many of your recipes, one after the other. I was born in Calcutta in 1947. I was educated in Kurseong, at Dow Hill School. I finished my senior cambridge exams in 1963. I stayed at school for nine months, in the Hills and came home for three months. I loved my Anglo-Indian food! I have been living in Canada for 57 years. Married to a Canadian for 56 years. What I miss most is my Anglo-Indian food. Unfortunately, my husband doesn't eat spicy food so, I get my treat from a very good Indian restaurant. I love your cooking shows. God Bless.

I was in Dubai from 1993 to 2017. And came down every year. Enjoyed my Mum's cooking but whenever i asked her for the recipe she always said little of this and little of that 😂 So really never got down to trying it out. That was a cooking marathon and done completely on the hob, so much more difficult without an oven and hard work but you did it with ease! I always make potato stuffing when we have roast chicken, a recipe I learned from my lovely late Anglo Indian mother in law, one of many delicious recipes she taught me x
