Ooh la la! This dish looks so good. I'm finding it hard to get Kashmiri chillies where I am, are they normally hard to come by? Great vid, thanks Pearl.

Hi Pearl, I loved the taste of this dish as a youngster when my family made it - except for the fat! Every piece of meat had half an inch of fat attached to it. My elders loved it(fat), so it never went to waste. Tell me, can this really taste quite as good with beef or mutton? I suspect that the pork fat has a lot to do with the flavour. Am I wrong? I hope I am, because I definitely want to try this with beef or mutton and revisit the taste I've not had for 45 years! Thank you, Pearl. 😘

Hi Theresa, make the Tongue roast exactly as I made the lamb roast in this video, here is the link, I’m trying not to put many beef items specially things like tongue and stuff as it does offend some of my subscribers 🙏🏽 kzbin.info/www/bejne/aIeZoIqYbZyGb6Msi=yKVIhnnsen0VBxbV

Dear Pearl, thank you so much for your recipies. Every dish looks yummy and mouth-watering. My mum is a very good cook as well. We keep watching your videos. Just a small suggestion. It would be kind of you to lower the background music so that your voice is heard clearly. Voice is too low. God bless.

Pearl, is it possible to make some videos giving us some tips to bear in mind d when making different dishes. For example: what are the tips you’d always recommend so that rice comes out perfectly. Mine tends to be hit and miss 🤦🏻♀️ I find that several tips from experienced cooks like yourself can be most useful. Even some shortcuts that might help. Thank you 🙏🏻
