Anglo-Indian Dumpling Stew.

Pearl's Anglo-Indian Dumpling Stew is full of delicious flavour, this Stew is so Unique and healthy, and can be eaten on its own, it's lovely to eat anytime.
Ingredients:
1Kg Lamb
2 Ladle Spoon Oil
2 Onions
1 Cauliflower
1 Mug Peas
8 Small New Potatoes
3 Carrots
8-10 Baby Onions
3 Green Chillies Whole
5 Fresh Tomatoes Chopped
2 and a half inch Ginger Chopped
Half Bunch Fresh Green Coriander
Dry Garam Masala: 8 Broken dry Red Chillies
6-8 Black Cardamom
5-6 Bay Leafs
1Tsp Peppercorn
6/7 Cinnamon Sticks
1Tsp Cloves
Dumpling Dough:
1 Cup Cake Flour (Madia)
2 Very Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 Fist Full Chopped Green Coriander
Salt & Pepper

Nostalgia ...😊 I remember my mother make the dumplings with rice flour (with a little dip in the centre). This is a wholesome recipe. Shall follow this but shall use rice flour. Thanks Pearl.
