It's much better if you crisp up and brown both sides first, then add sauce, then toppings and put it under the broiler for 2-3 min. Like a thin crust pizza.

Oh my goodness!!! This is the best low carb pizza I have ever tried! I have tried Fat Head and all the keto/cauliflower crust styles. This tastes like real pizza. Thank you for the recipe. Now I won't be tempted to cheat when my kids want a pizza and movie night. God bless:)

Omg!!!! I tried this today.... I did a single layer. I will never buy a pizza for myself again. It took me less than 10 minutes, start to finish to make. It was sooooo good. I added Italian Seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder. Delish!!!!!! 😋

We just use one tortilla. Brown the bottom. Flip over. Add sauce and toppings. Cover with lid. Melt cheese and you’re done. Great for keto people. Nice crisp crust. Pretty low carb using just one tortilla. Yours looks really delicious too. I imagine there are many possibilities. I think I’ll try broiling the top next time. Thanks for the video. Spaghetti sauce works perfectly fine for pizza sauce, at least to my taste. In fact, a lot of Italian restaurants in my area use the same made-from-scratch marinara sauce on pizza and pasta. Often jarred or canned spaghetti sauce is a bit cheaper than pizza sauce, too!

Mama Lupe's brand has a ZERO CARB option tortilla. I prefer the 4 carb ones but Mama Lupe makes this a more doable recipe.

We just use low sugar wraps Passata and tomato purée as sauce then we sprinkle cheese and toppings it’s so good

I usually make a pizza like this in my air fryer. But been trying to figure out a way to make it more filling. Double layer hmmmm. Now that's a good idea. I might add broccoli rice or something for extra depth. My diet consists of tasty filling low calorie foods. I love eating a tortilla pizza with a small chicken and honey mustard salad. Lots of food for around 800 calories. Win win. I'll try this when wanting to focus on just the pizza lol

Hi again! I'm watching your pizza pan pizza recipe. That looks great!! I will try it. I have medium-soft flour tortillos, 10-pack by "Pueblo Lindo", from Aldi - $ .99 cents for the package of ten. I checked carbs, package says 8%. PS. I use these tortillos, believe it or not, for lasagna. Layer them just as you would lasagna noodles. Amazingly delicious. I have found broil is too hot and 400F is better. Also, check the carb count in the pizza sauce since some brands have sugar in it and is not low carb.

Yikes! I buy 4 carb tortillas for my husband and 0 carb ones (Mama Lupe's from Walmart) for me and my daughter. The 4 gram ones DO taste better but we also don't mind the zero carb ones. This recipe would only be doable for me using Mama Lupe's.

Net carbs are way less than the 11 carbs. You must subtract the fiber. That will be your net carbs per piece.
