When the vendor says 100% alpaca can you rely on that? What about the really touristy areas?

Hmmmm. Well, many things are fake yes. There are “proper shops” that you can be guaranteed. But I think it’s real yeah.

The real alpaca y baby alpaca usually can be felt. Also, the price is not cheap, that's a good sign.

How long have you lived in Peru and what do you do for employment since you have been there? Also how did you learn to speak Spanish, did you have lessons or just picked it up as you went along?
