Hi there B B , Dropped on your vid by chance, quality vid ! liked n subbed. Is that the Weaver in Nantwich you are fishing ? I understand you may not want to disclose where you fish as many u tubers do but if it is ,my parents house backs on to the Weaver behind the swimming baths and myself and brothers regularly fish it. Pike to 13 lb, chub to 3 lb 12 oz and would you believe a 6 lb Tench!!! The Tench came from well above the weirs, the Pike from just above the bottom weir. Chub all over but we tend to get them in the deeper bits of which there are few ! And for some afternoon fun we try for monster Gudgeon, There are some belters , up to quarter of a pound [ sounds better than 2 to 4 oz. If you do fish around there[ chesh , royal vale etc] and want to try for big Chub and lots of them in the summer on Plugs I can point you in the right direction . For 32 years I have had some red letter days with up to 15 chub a session the biggest was 6 lb 10 oz but loads around 2 n 3 lb, never a Perch , Rarely a pike but Brown Trout occasionally and once..just once ..a GRAYLING about 12 oz on a Tiny Mepps. I am not a Carp specialist but had a 26 from Brereton on pike tackle and a half ripe blackberry ! Just going to look at all your other vids now , hope I have not waffled on too much . Tight lines !

Hi, really enjoyed the video, lovely perch, what size crazy flapper did you use? also what hook and weight did you use ? how do you find the pro max set up? do you need to use heavier weights to get the best from the baitcaster, looking forward to more videos on lure fishing

Hi mate, loving the content! New to perch fishing having only started winter just gone, fish to 2lb from my local canal so far! Iv been toying with the idea of river fishing for perch but I'm unsure of how to tackle it, best conditions, when and when not to go! I Have access to the churnett, Trent, dove and sow! do I fish as I would a Stillwater? Iv just been concerned about the flow, is it just a case of upping the weight to suit? thanks man

nice video you sure have a unique way of fishing lol, its the way you swap hands to cast and open and shut the bail arm, have you tried a right hand wind? i might be wrong but it looks like you are using the wrong handed reel the way you swap so often, mind you i might try it myself if i can pull perch out like that lol, good luck Buddy

Why does almost everyone lip hold perch now, it is not a largemouth bass, it is not America, show more care for your catch by not doing that !.
@Kyletolley984 жыл бұрын
It’s the correct way to hold a perch that is why, one grip on the lower lip/jaw and a hand under the belly for support to reduce strain on the neck. Don’t believe me watch kanalgratisdotse video on it as I’m sure they know I little more than you old Joseph. Anyway enjoy your fishing a try to be a little less judgemental.
