got a question for you or anyone else familiar,,are you allowed to fish the public boat launch dock next to kon tiki marine in gilford ? some guy from the innisfill municipality told me i could not ,some busy body local called him on me ,i still went back the following week(i cant pass on the jumbos i was catching) and met some guys who came fishing there and told me its public for everyone ,,so idk,,im just put off from fishing because every inch of that lake is private property and you either have to have a boat or be part of a marina club to be able to fish,,sick of the shit ,aint rich just trying to do some fishing from land

@@SeabassOutdoors there are def no signs that i have seen except for the marina,,that municipality guy told me there is a sign behind another one that explains supposedly what he told me about how the dock is only used on weekends for boat launches and how i cant fish there,,well the sign said nothing of the sort last time i checked it when i went back the second time,,so is this guy just being an ass or what? what should i say to him if he catches me again? thank you for replying

Please have him call the authorities. Unless posted otherwise. Tempering with legal fishing, hunting and trapping is a criminal offense in Canada.

It gets tricky as the water warms up they spread out in small groups of 2-3 fish shallow you can catch them on moving baits
