As a non-medical person, this is was so interesting! Crazy how people are able to visualize our organs through touch 👏

Its actually done through sound not touch. He can tell where organs lie based on the sound tapping the area produces.

The logic behind it isn’t complicated at all. Lungs are meant to be occupied by air. If you tap and it sounds dull, it means the regularly air filled space is occupied by something else, like liquid, which is not normal.

Leopold also came up with maneuvers to feel a fetus and the position of the fetus in the womb. Leopolds Maneuvers or Hands procedures, but they are not often practiced as reliance on technology has grown and being hands on is not practiced as much. In my opinion I feel touch and physical touch through laying of the hands, 🙌🏽 palpating and percussion is so much more valuable and tells us more and is more intimate and personal than technology.
