There are bad adaptations. And then theres reviving the big bad in the second story out of five

And "killing" the main bad guy (extremely easily, in like three hits),as well as making him turn on the very person who was actively working towards reviving him,thus making it virtually impossible for him to come back later on.

Clarisse is one of my top three favorite characters, you kind of need to read the rest of the series to understand why. Same for Luke, he is my favorite.

the cyclops thing is a lot more understandable and fucked up for annabeth in the books. the kronos thing isn't even a thing in this book, etc. really just so much here that was needlessly bad and also held back by the first ones poor decisions

Actually, annabeth's hatred for cyclopes is way more justified in th film than in th books.. like, a lot. In th books annabeth tells percy that while she, luke n thalia were heading towards th camp they accidentally ended up in th lair of a cyclops in NY, who captured them n wasted their time, thus giving way to hades' minions to reach them, once they have escaped frm th cyclops, n to kill thalia. In th film, hwvr, it was endeed a cyclops who actually killed thalia by violently slamming her to th ground. In th books th cyclops contributed only indirectly to thalia's death, making annabeth's hatred for th entire species decidedly exaggerated

at least in this movie and the first movie they cast annabeth better , she is still supposed to be blonde, but at least she is not black like the new tv series same with other characters i prefer these movies to the new series

The look of the characters is one thing but how the characters act is way more important. Even though Annabeth in the show looks different she has the same attitude and personality as book Annabeth so I already like her a lot better

Except Movie Annabeth barely does anything. Show Annabeth actually shows she's smart,that's what Athena's children are.
