alright this is a good and fun little story! I, love how Henry is depicted as the "gossip girl" of the group yet it ads a bit of flavor to his whole character while Percy is just adorable and gullable

Henry being the gossiper of the mainline. I guess it works but I think James would be the better fit. Being vain does cause one to be more over dramatic and use hyperbole often.

And as James is already the railway's biggest hypocrite, being the railway's biggest gossip wouldn't be that much of a stretch.
