It's funny that as I continued watching your video that you mentioned "catching what the eye doesn't normally see".... And I thought THAT exact same thing during the start of your video (with the birds walking in the ocean!). Great video and value!!! Thanks for sharing this with us 💕💕💕

I almost cried when i saw the line of condos .. What an eyesore.. I remember when things were beautiful , before the condos ...At that time, there were sand dunes , seaoaks, shrubs just absolutely beautiful... Like you were saying , there's not much there to take a picture of... How sad.

I live here and love how you captured the essence of Perdido Key. I also love how you explain the exposure and speed of the photos. Thank you!

If you are looking for more foreground interest on this part of the coastline, Gulf Islands National Park (Johnson Beach) has plenty of it. It's a little harder to find after the hurricane, but that is my go-to area in Perdido Key for blue/golden hour beach photography. Also, if you travel down the beach a little further to Alabama Point, there is some variety with man-made rock jettys and such.

Thanks for the tips Tony! Yes I have photographed both of those locations and they do add some extra interest. Also the Perdido Pass bridge at sunrise can be really pretty

For only having sand and water you gathered some pretty amazing shots! Going there in July on a family vacation but I’m taking my camera gear. What lens were you shooting with?

How is the area since the hurricanes? My sister plans on getting married here in May.

There are some locations that are in good shape and others that are still needing a fair amount of repair. It is definitely beautiful though!
