It was a fun ride. There were a few times we thought we were going to get whiplash LOL. Being at the back end, the slack between the couplers add up for each car in the link. It got a little jerky when the train took off a little too quick. The brakeman Fred who rode in our car was great to listen to and kept us warm by keeping the stove going.

A friend of mine rode last year he had a great time in the caboose. I think Fred was in his caboose last year.

When I was riding in the cab the engineer said he was going to take off slow but even then knew there would be a jolt for those toward the back.
