What a gorgeous place, I could just imagine lots of sunshine, a gentle breeze, a camp fire, beer and good friends. Hope you have an idyllic summer to share with us.

Your best Video so far! Really dug all of it. The sailing, the music, the adventure, your stoke level, the scenery. Really fun to watch! Keep it up.

Not sure I've ever seen Ally that animated... not suprisingly it's a stunning place. Sitting in my office, in a damp England at 11pm smiling away at the enjoyment of two people and a dog, who are half way across the globe and that I don't even know! It's a strange old world!

Looks stunning. Shame about the waves. But it is the Pacific so you should have more goods days than here in Cornwall. Keep up the good work.

Just downloaded Navionics to try and get more familiar with it before we splash in April, naturally I had to check your location on the app, it's looks like there's a lifetime of cool anchorages there. Have fun guys, and yes definently an implant

Ally, you have to remember that you don't have to out run the bear, just that you have to out run Ben.

You guys live in a really nice area. Looks a lot like the west coast of the South Island of NZ, and I've spent a lot of time there!

I follow many other sailing channels (including yours) and I have to say that the filming and videography here on this channel is among the best. The views are absolutely stunning and whether or not you use the drone or the camera you work is impeccable. The only criticism I have is the often injected loud music. It makes it hard to hear what is said and it takes away from the mood of the views you are presenting. I'm not against music, because the music sets the mood of the film you are showing us. Just maybe keep the volume down a bit. In then end though, your work is really great so thank you very much!

If I can ever do it, I would love to do what you guys are doing. I could just drift around all over the North West Coast. Drop some crab traps, catch salmon and halibut. Once you're set up, life is simple and cheep

If that is a breast implant, I see no reason for laughter. There is some poor person out there with only one breast:-)) Okay, my bad. Very glad to see you. Of the sailing channels I watch, you are unique. Just stunning scenery every week.

That is such beautiful country. Why didn't you fly your drone over to the beach to see how the waves were breaking? I'd be using it for a bear lookout before I walked into the woods😳 Do you carry anything for protection against the bears?

Dickinson fireplace, how well do y'all find it heats the cabin? I have the same model mounted in my catamaran, but it really only heats the settee area, so I'm installing a forced-air diesel heater as my primary. Keeping the Dickinson all for the comfy fire vibes though 😂

Yah same - we have an old Espar that doesn’t work but if we were staying in Canada we would definitely get it running again

@@BreakingWavesSailing any and to head south in the coming year or two? Im based out of Puget sound, but plan on making the long journey south to the Panama canal sometime next year in search of waves, beaches and sunshine.

Great video guys! Curious - do you bring animal protection (ie. bear spray) on your journey's into the wild?
@BreakingWavesSailing2 жыл бұрын
We have bear spray! If we remember to bring it then yes but I do find more often then not we forget about it 😂
