Perfect Beef shami kebab recipe | Shami kebab recipe | How to make shami kebab

Making perfect shami kebab just got easier. Follow this quick and easy recipe and learn how to make kebab at home .
Ingredients:
- Water 2 cups
-beef ½ kg
-Chanay ki daal (Split Bengal gram) washed 250 gms
-Onion 1 medium
-button red chilies 5-6 or to taste
-Cinnamon stick 2 big
-Black cardamom 1
-Salt 2 tsp or to taste
-Turmeric powder 1 tsp
-Black pepper corns 8-10
-Ginger garlic 3 pieces
-Coriander seeds 1 tbs
-Cumin seeds 1 tbs
-Green chilies 4-5
-Podina (Mint) ½ cup
-Hara dhania (Green coriander) ½ cup
-Eggs 2
-Oil for frying
- corn flour 3Tbsp
Directions:
1. Add the channel ki Daal in water and cook
2.In cooker, add water, beef , onion, button red chilies, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper corns, ginger garlic pieces, coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
Bring it to boil.
3. Cover and cook for 30-35 mins on low flame.
4. If using pressure cooker, cover and cook for 18 minute.
5. Cook until water dries and let it cool.
6. Chopped the green onions , green chilies, mint and green coriander.
7. Add beef mixture now grind the ingredients very well in a food processor.
8.After grinding the stuff, add the chopped vegetables and add eggs and corn flour. These mixture mix well and keep in fridge. Then make kabab/patties of the batter with your hands or with the help of lid .
9. Heat oil in frying pan and fry the kabab/patties.
Shami kababs are ready, serve with ketchup or Green chutney.
