You know what I love about Flyleaf? Lacey's past shaped her to the way she is, and she's a Christian now. and her voice is extremely unique other than all of the other bands out there today. Flyleaf is one of my favorite Christian bands, same with Barlow Girl. :) If you like Flyleaf, you guys might also like Barlow Girl. But with Flyleaf, they're so original, you can only love it.

to me this song is bout the begin' process of findin faith. in the beginning its talking about how all the efforts to clean ourselves and trying to do it ourselves, we just make the situation even worse and nothing changed. then its talking about how we then try to cope with it with some natural world confrt and when u open these windows to try to cool off, heat comes in. then its talking about how we're perfect in weekness, for we are going off his strength.

The only difference beetween Christians and me is simple.I don't find the Christian meanings of their songs.I was raised in Christian culture, and if I try, I CAN find the Christian meaning of their songs, but I don't feel.. Whether you're a Christian or not. Flyleaf is an amazing band, with amazing songs, that anyone can listen to. Period. I'm a Christian, but I don't shove my religion down others' throats, and I don't see why on every single Christian band's songs, there's always some debating about religion. I only listen to flyleaf because they make good music. In fact I listen to a lot of christian bands, Red, Thousand Foot Krutch, Pillar and others. Not really. Death is death, whatever happens happens. I don't know what and honestly I just don't care. I tend to live in the now, not the later. Don't get that confused with not planning though, I have my future generally planned out.

Most of the Christians I know, if you can believe it, have called Flyleaf a demonic band until I introduced them to the lyrics.
