WELL SAID!! I generally feel it in my back most. I remember trying the kneeling chair. No help. At 63, with everyone falling apart around me... I'm going to try harder at the gym & pass your message on🎉❤👌👍

I’m at the point where I’m in pain every day. I wake up in pain. I think it’s due to sitting all day long. Is there any full videos you recommend I can do everyday to fix this

Best option-desk that can crank from sitting to standing (couple hundred bucks on Amazon) and a walking treadmill (couple more hundred bucks on Amazon). I have an ergonomic chair on one side of the desk for when I get tired, but if I’m just starting out the day and I have coffee and emails and tasks to get through, I crank up the desk and walk it out. My laptop is my computer so I can just turn it around, I have it on a kitchen cabinet shelf spacer, a metal stand wrapped in rubber from my downstairs kitchen. I also have a bigger ergonomic keyboard and mouse so that I can type and click without much hassle while walking, or I can stand to type up something complex and then get back to walking. Slow and steady and when I’m tired, I can turn everything around and sit in my chair and keep going.

I have a platform that suspends my laptop over my bed. I just lay flat and look up while using a whireless keyboard on my lap😂

As someone from East Africa, what u guys cll th asian squat was a daily occurrence for me and my family becuz that's how we had to sit when pooping lol. We didn't have this common seated toilet seats everyone uses todah. That deep squat was never painful but now my knees , hips hurt so much when I try to do it and I have to hold on to something

If you can't afford a standing desk ... Set a timer to a walk or stretch. Maybe take walking lunges to the bathroom!? Or do a one exercise break🤔
