the thing I like about Tarun Gill doing his incline bench press is that he is not locking is elbow which allows less stress on triceps and front delts and focus more on upper chest

hi i am devanshu , have some questions , may not be apt for this vedio i am alean kinda guy , i do workout but unable to gain muscles ..cuts aagaya a bit , but muscles growth nahi kr raha , may b my diet isnt apt, i agree on that , but worried diet increase karunga , den i dont loose my abs ... plz help ...the perfect balance

@Tarun bhai all ur exercise videos r mostly 4 variations with any part. for ex- i do 6-7 variation for shoulder for btr conditions and 6-7 variation for chest. So am i over training my muscles. pls respond..

No scapular retraction, no elbow tucking, eventually RC injuries.

I think, the elbow should not be in the same line as shoulder while performing inclined dumbbell press and flat dumbbell press or flyes... Make it clear

Anil Kumar bcaa is good during workout, but make sure you don't get a strong flavored bcaa, as it will make you feel a little dry in the mouth...eg: i currently use cellucor bcaa lime flavor, and it makes me have a dry mouth which cause breathing issues during the workout...search for reviews before you buy a product :)

Nice video but in my opinion u must encourage people to use dumbbells rather than barbells for every upper body workout for isolateral advantage and symmetry in strength

taran important msg for you. ..this man touch the barbell on the chest but it's not the posture. ..you never touch the bar with the chest when you do bench press...hope you note down.
