Anil Kumar bcaa is good during workout, but make sure you don't get a strong flavored bcaa, as it will make you feel a little dry in the mouth...eg: i currently use cellucor bcaa lime flavor, and it makes me have a dry mouth which cause breathing issues during the workout...search for reviews before you buy a product :)

taran important msg for you. ..this man touch the barbell on the chest but it's not the posture. ..you never touch the bar with the chest when you do bench press...hope you note down.
