There is a reason this property is so cheap. Property markets tell a story about the area, the estate and country its in. If the price is too good to be true, this could possibly mean potential risks such as not safe, a degraded municipality or high crime area etc... the list goes on. Jhb in itself, many are leaving jhb to get away from all the nonsense and crime, and this movement alone will affect a vast majority of values on property where you can purchase homes for basically next to nothing
