You are referring to Kg5, but at the timestamp, Levy had just moved his knight to F3, therfor making it Black's move. Black goes E4, protecting the G5 square. Good observation though.

I QUIT the ...Qxd5 scandinavian because it gives white tempi attacking the queen right back where she started and play the 2...Nf6 Marshall variation which I DESPISE because of 2.e5 and 3.d4
