Perfect way to make Gulab Jamun at home!

Ingredients:
Sugar Syrup:
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3-4 Cardamom pieces
- Pinch of Yellow food color (Optional)
Gulab Jamun Dough:
- 1 Cup Powdered Milk
- 1 tbsp clarified butter (Ghee)
- 2 tbsp Semolina (Sooji)
- 1 Egg (Or more, depends on egg size and consistency of dough)
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- tsp Baking Powder

➡️ Make sure when you knead a dough, the dough should be sticky and moist. (Add a extra table spoon of beaten egg if needed) ➡️ When you shape the balls, they should be shiny with no cracks on it. ➡️ Make sure the temperature of oil is on the lowest side. Add all the prepared balls at once, cook on lowest heat till 6-7 minutes or untill you get the desired color. ➡️ After frying put them in syrup, Syrup should be warm at this point. Not cold. ➡️ let them simmer on low heat for 15 minutes in sugar syrup.
