I didn't even know you could beat the Heart using barely ~50 poison, 3 Thorns, some lucky Piercing Walls and resisting many turns. 90% of the video I thought you were extending the inevitable. Nice!

Piercing wail is hugely helpful in mitigating the heart multi attacks

Scales are actually so op for the heart because he does 2 individual damage per hit on some attacks.

No it’s not it’s force-feeding the heart pellets to get rid of damage limit and then killing it turn 1
