Why are my glitter dips so powdery? I own many from nailboo and rossi and they have so much white powder in the glitter that no pigment shows up on the nails

I'm just now trying my second attempt with rossi and my first set was powdery as well but I figured out that it is a must to brush over the dip powder after you apply each time to remove that white powder... Mine look way better this way

Hi Sarah! Please make sure that the Rossi Gel Top Coat is not cured longer than 20 seconds to ensure that the powder adheres properly in order to achieve the desired Holographic effect. You may also stir the powder in the tub and dip the Rossi Streak-Free Applicator directly into the jar to pick up more Holographic particles. Hope this helps!😊

It's really sad that you've had many loyal customers buy your products like myself. Bought on June 17th and have yet received my product, guess I'm out the money huh?? Emails non deliverable, phone number no longer in service!!??! Leave customers hanging, not very professional! Should've went with the competition, instead I chose Rossi....BIG MISTAKE, HUGE!!
