I simply followed your instructions very carefully and tried this recipe. The Kalakand was very delicious 👌🏾 but the final color was grayish because I used aluminum kadai instead 😕 Thanks a lot for your patience to try out so many attempts yourself to give us the best result to try with key tips 👏🏾

Really awesome. I liked ur concept. My mom also agreed with u that plain kadie is best for soaking milk water. I hv made it but too soft too soft to give shape. So I was upset .
