Wow, this lady is strong. I tried to do “ snatch “ as an amateur in my gym workout, in my younger yrs, but it was difficult. I was more successful in performing “ clean & press “ which I loved executing. However, I have totally stopped doin this routine as age is catching up on me. It js for the young only.
