As an owner of a non-slide coach, this RV having no slides is a plus for me. If someone is interested in this floorplan, I would strongly suggest testing out the bathroom yourself. I wish East to West would have put a lip on the counter so food and/or liquids won't spill onto the dinette. I also would have liked a standard-size convection microwave. I am never a fan of exposed hookups and the drop-down twisty storage doors are a negative as well. Thanks for another great video.

YES to all those. DEFINITELY need either a convection oven or regular oven or space for a Ninja Foodi so you can bake at least on a small scale. DEFINITELY need that lip on the counter too!

I LOVE IT! Love: the walk-around bed, storage, porcelain potty. Dislike: lack of counter space (we cook a LOT). It’s practically PERFECT!

I like when you start on the inside. This is a nice unit. East to West is kicking 'em out. But there are some challenges: - co-pilot can't recline - twisty locks/openers on outside doors - TV should be across from - no kitchen prep space, needs a counter top extension and sink cover + Great outside storage/ trunk + Nice size shower! + Very good storage in the bedroom for the size of it.

I do agree with all the things that you already pointed out but would like to add that I love the color scheme. Most RVs are just too dark and depressing. I also would like to point out that I especially agree with you on the fact that there are no slides. I wish we had more of a selection of RVs with no slides. Thanks for reviewing this Class C RV.

Hi Matt and Andrea! You asked so I think starting on the outside, when possible, is best because you know things like outside storage versus under-the-bed storage. The kitchen needs an extension. The tv is in that overhead bunk instead of over the dinette and the dinette doesn’t have cup holders. Not a fan of the small drawers in the bedroom. And I don’t know how they could correct it, but when you can’t really adjust the seat for travel comfort, that’s a big deal. I love the soft close cabinets and the pantry. I love the ceiling. The outside storage (garage area) is great.

Nice floor plan! I love that it doesn’t have slides, and for the most part the use of space is fairly efficient. Suggestion: Dump the dinette, move the sofa in its place with removable lap tables. Then put a cabinet with televator where the sofa is. A televator might cost more but then the TV doesn’t block the window when you don’t want it to. That would allow the person in the passenger seat to recline (the driver doesn’t need to.) You could also make part of the cabinet taller and make that the pantry. That would make room to enlarge the toilet/shower area. I really like the island bed-with some of the beds in these RV’s I think it would be horrible to try to make them, but this one would be easy. One last thing: I think they could also bump up the quality of materials in this for a somewhat more expensive model, and that would still sell well. I would love to have a model like this that was rated for full-timing and that had materials that would hold up against full time use.

I like Class C. It’s great that it doesn’t have any slides. My dislikes are the twisty tabs on the storage outside and the tight to get in bathroom and no counter space. My likes are there is a lot of storage for how big the rv is and the shower and the toilet. And the fact it had no slides. Thank you Matt and Andrea!

Always show inside first. My hubby and I care most about floor plans. If the floor plan is what we like then we will pay attention to what’s on the outside. Outside first makes us want to skip to see the inside. This is a nice little motor home. Love the light interior. Small bathroom but hey nice toilet.

I spent more time looking at this brand (per unit) than any other at the Tampa show, and I'm kind of fascinated by this one. It's not perfect by any means, but it made the cuts in good areas, so today I have dislikes that I like. 😕 1) The small kitchen. There's not much counter space, and it looks like there's barely enough room for one person to be cooking. However, I wouldn't be using an RV to make a huge Thanksgiving dinner for 8 people, or to host a Super Bowl party. All I need is a place for quick and simple meals for 1-2 people, and this will do that. 2) That tight bathroom looks really annoying. However, I'd spend maybe 15-20 minutes a day in there? If I had to cut space, I'd rather it be there than the bedroom or living area. I also like the 60x80 bed. As I alluded to above, I'm happy to sacrifice bathroom space for 20 minutes a day in order to have a comfortable bed for 8 hours a day. However, I don't like the TV in the bunk and I never will. Even though I'm not using the RV to spend all day watching TV, I won't watch it way up there and off to the side. If I had this the first thing I would do is figure out a way to move the TV above the dinette, even if it blocks the window.

Ok we are going to reverse it, 3 things we like about the MH! #1 NO SLIDES! #2 Decor, the white or light color is just so much brighter, comboing that with the amount of windows, Perfect! #3 Storage, and Lots of it! 3 things we don't like #1 No Counter Space (needs a flip up or a split sink cover or both)! #2 The pantry needs to be a Pull Out! #3 TPO roof! But this unit is Great, Great Price, Great Amenities and Looks Like Good Sleeping! Great Vid and you handled the wind well!

Really like the unit, wish they'd have gotten rid of the dinette (and given you a floor mountable table instead), moved the couch to the other wall, and extended the bathroom just that little bit more. In such a small motorhome, being able to use the bathroom and have that little more kitchen space would have been great. Other than that, absolutely fantastic unit.

What a beautiful model. I love the length, the interior decor and NO-SLIDES!! As usual, I don't like TVs in the BOC with swivel arms. Put the TV in the bedroom and let everybody watch/stream on their laptops, tablets or phones. LOL!

I like NO SLIDES. That means that it is easy to stop in a highway rest area to use the toilet and/or fix a meal or even just a coffee and a snack. Likewise spending a night id a highway rest area or Walmart parking lot is within reason. I still want to see a count of seat belted passenger seating positions as well as a count of sleeping positions. I like that it already has one solar panel on the roof, but I'd like to know if there are options for more panels.

Excellent video. Nice to see a class C without slide outs. Back in the day , we had a Thor Four winds with a similar layout, but with a split bath/shower. My last three motor homes had/have slides. Yes, each one has had issues. I like that East-West is making a reasonably priced class C with reasonable features. We traveled with a layout like this for three years. We had up to three kids with us. Sleeping worked fine. Three dislikes: The bathroom. With so much cabinet space in the coach, there needs to be a different configuration for the shower/toilet. Move the pantry perhaps. No counter space. Shrink the sink and add a flip up counter extension. Lose the blinds and go to a little nicer roll up blinds. Three likes: Good storage Good driver area Good outside storage Good price… oh, that’s four Having had C ‘s on a 350 and 450 chassis, I wonder the cost difference for this coach. The E450 is so much more versatile. Also- if you have a movable “cut out” in the booth back behind the passenger seat, you can recline the passenger seat a few inches. Our Four Winds had that. Start with the outside, finish with the inside! Let's face it, the outside can be rather boring by comparison tho some what necessary, so finishing with the inside review makes weathering the outside review a kind of a reward for your patience! Personally, if some one starts with the inside first, I'll be way more likely to stop the video just before the outside review starts or skipping forward to the end comments. Got to eat your vegetables before having dessert........😉

I love how spacious this unit is, even with no slideouts! The light-colored cabinetry was a great choice! And I also love the amount of storage, both inside and out! I don't like how little counter space is in the kitchen. Even for two people, that's not a lot of space. I don't like the "twisty" doors. And I don't like the bathroom layout. Really do love this!!!! Thanks for the video! Dislikes: 1. Kitchen counter space. I’m with Andrea on the lack of flip up counter extension (though it says “flip up” on the floor plan, so…..?). I do like the big sink, but I would like sink covers to increase the prep space. And lose the shelf under the sink so that we can put in a trashcan (with so much storage elsewhere, there’s no need for a shelf there). Also, if no oven, please give me a convection microwave!😇 2. The cockpit. Tall drivers need space. I can’t remember which class C had a flip down dinette back specifically for the driver to be able to put the seat back some, but that should be standard. Also, maybe a flip down arm for the sofa so the passenger can at least put their seat back a little bit? 3. The twist locks. Likes: 1. No slide outs, and yet still sooooo much space! Love the floor plan! 2. Sooooooo much storage! From the pantries, to the linen closet, to the large outside pass through - and still being a flush floor? Yes! 3. The quality of the construction- the cabinetry, walls, azdale (so?). Well done! Overall, this is a great option - least maintenance RV, and I feel like just about anyone could drive it. It’s on our list! 😎

Your videos are great no matter where you start them! Dislikes: E350 chassis (I know, it’s for price point). It’s a 30 footer! Should be an E450. No oven, sorry, I like ovens. We are just starting to look at and learn about RVs. I appreciate these videos because they point out things we wouldn't have thought about if we can ever buy one. I doubt we will ever be able to afford a new one, but no matter what we end up with, we don't want to have a laundry list of things we hate about it. Also, can someone tell me why an RV that costs more than my house did, has such cheap window coverings? For this amount of money, I would expect everything to be high quality, including the window coverings.

Love you Matt & Andrea! 3 things I love: Lots of storage space inside & outside the RV, love love the big sink (it would be impossible to wash a large pot in the small ones), and love that it doesn’t have slide outs. 3 things not a fan of: lack of additional kitchen counter space (needs the fold-down counter table), small entrance to bathroom, & blinds. Love many more things as well. Is it possible to install a washer & dryer or washer/dryer combo in this RV?

I don’t like the mismatched bedroom cabinetry. I don’t like the huge sink. Matt and Andrea are right on the money.

This is the perfect RV for me I love the large sink (I would just use a cutting board for workspace or prep at the table) and all that storage!!! I'm good with the bathroom, especially with the Nautilus shower door and the privacy and brightness of the bedroom is a bonus.

I like the unit size and with no slides. I’d like to see two twin beds (left and right) in the back. I would decrease the kitchen size or storage to accommodate a little larger bathroom. No need for that large sink. I would prefer all electric (more lithium batteries) and no propane. I prefer a single electric induction burner and a Breville toaster oven instead of a microwave. One last thing, since it’s just 2 of us, I’d like an option for recliners with the trays instead of the dinette. Inside or outside first does not matter when watching.

We just purchased a 2022 Gulfstream Conquest with this same Floorplan (some minor differences). Our main reason for purchase: No slides!! We love ours!

I want this Home so badly, but it’s just not strong enough for a car trailer, and isn’t the 50 amp like your others that truly makes full-time living easier! Maybe even remove the storage in the shower/toilet room, to make room for the toilet to be usable! Talk about perfection 🤩

I watch a ton of review and no one ever mentionse the bed size. I went to their website and they have an actual 60"x80"queen bed. I am 6"5" and 250 lbs. I saw that the entrance to the toilet was only 24"... But I really appreciate that you showed that the sitting area could accomodate a big guy.

it's basically awesome like an expedition. two burner front to back convection micro up or down and with a normal sink and a level counter extension u got space. counter burners could stow under in a pull out. Boom😻🕺🍩😎🍗😰🤢😢❤

I love the interior colors; nice and bright especially with the windows open. The two main sleeping places are nice, but I'd prefer the tv be over the dinette than in the bunk. There does need to be more prep space in the kitchen. I also love that there are no slideouts. I'm looking for an RV without them. They are hard to find. The one thing that will prevent me from purchasing this model is the bathroom. The shower is so tiny and there is no room around the toilet making wiping next to impossible. Fix the bathroom and you guys would have another buyer.

Let's start with Andrea's dress. Stunning. Those cheap blinds are garbage and that struggle with the drawstring has to go. Bathroom way to claustrophobic and is a deal breaker. I like the marble look dinette top. The ceiling was ok. Overall it would be great for an ompa loopa.

Starting with dislikes...Accordian doors....please add another few inches to this RV for a sliding door for the bedroom. Accordian doors always break. Dislike the size of shower room. Again, another foot would make a huge difference. Dislike the TV in the cab bunk space. Find a wall to put it on or make it a relevator. Like the no slide outs, like the big windows, like the Azdel siding.

This one was almost there for me.... I can add my own counter extension and sink cover but that bathroom. oh that bathroom I would not feel comfortable in there not at all. I really prefer the ones that close off the hallway so that I have room to dress right out of the shower. in that bathroom there is no way that I would be able to get dressed and put on my makeup.

I'm planning to buy one then buy a home hide a bed sofa put it in place of the dinette then remove the rv sofa and put a large TV over that window. Of add an oven and upgrade the window shades. Then it will home sweet home.

Come on, a 24"x 36" shower sucks let's be honest. It is cool they are putting inverter generators in these, really good idea. TV in the overhead bed, bad idea. The MSRP, i suppose given the current situation today is okay.
