I really enjoyed this video, I should have been cruising from Sydney February 2021 but this is now looking extremely unlikely (I'm in the UK) so looking to move my trip to Feb 2022, you have given me a great idea of what I will be able to see when I eventually make it. Thanks for the great video, making me excited and hopeful that my planned trip in November of 2021 will get to happen. We have a 10 night New Zealand cruise booked out of Sydney in late November and we are hoping on taking the three weeks before that and touring Sydney, Melbourne, Tasmania, and Uluru. We are from the USA and have never been down under, but have always wanted to go. I do get nervous about doing any more planning after reading all the articles from Australia saying international travel may not begin until "late 2021". What is the mood like down there? Is it really likely that this time next year we still won't be able to come to Australia from the USA? I'd hate to have to change my plans to another region, but I'm going o have to make a call one way or another in the next 6 months.

Thanks for watching, I’m glad you enjoyed the video! We’re open and operating here in NSW, but there are still some interstate border restrictions in place, and that’s causing some havoc at the moment. It looks like the intention is for things to start opening up nationwide here by the start of 2021. NZ residents are now able to travel to NSW, and there is talk about opening the borders to countries further afield but it’s hard to say if the US would be included in that in the short-medium term. I hope you get to make it here. Within the next six months, hopefully our governments will come to some understanding about how to reinstate travel.

Yes, the Royal Class ships are too large to fit under the harbour bridge so will be departing from OPT.
