That’s my issue. Scotland is ideologically and morally at odds with England. You see the unrest at the moment driven by “Little England” thinking and it makes the case for independence more logical. The issue I have always had is the lack of competence of the political parties in Scotland. I can’t imagine being governed by the MSPs in Holyrood. They are far too weak in too many areas.

All the others will have MP or MSP pensions of over 40k per year until they die, every single one of them and there’s been thousands of them. For it to change all the politicians would have to vote for it in parliament, never going to happen, ever!

There needs to be a full investigation into the mismanagement of the funds while the SNP have been in power. They have spent billions and can’t, or won’t, account for it all. Specifically, the Ferry contracts have to be reviewed and the review published. The SNP carried one out but didn’t allow it to be published.
