This time, Yamagata city of Yamagata Prefecture has recognized as No.1 ramen consumption area in Japan. There are many nice ramen restaurants in Yamagata city.Their Yamagata beef and local food such as Imoni potato soup or other local couisines, sake, fruits are really good too. I recommend tourists to visit there.Their nature and Onsen are fantastic!

Your video is great and made me hungry for some ramen. The background conversation was kind of distracting tho'. Not to be mean as I am also a Filipino, but I thought those people talking in the background are kind of rude. I've never been to Japan or to Ichiran but I have watched videos and searched about the restaurant, and to my understanding, the restaurant was built for people to focus on their food and less conversation. It is why they have those individual booths and partitions. I'm a bit embarassed for those people as I feel they may have annoyed some other diners experience in enjoying their meal. I apologize in behalf of them and hope you continue to share videos of Japan, its cuisine, culture, and what makes it unique being there 😊.
