I really like the clean look of this card with the ends shrouded, and the nice Gigabyte open blow through back plate. I wish it had more RGB than the insulting "AERO" letters only, but it's a white card so no RGB is fine. What a beauty ... almost bought this to match my Z690 Aero D!

i bought this card i must admit i do not like the open back metal plate look they were going for its a dust magnet, and puts u a ton of metal in a white build but other then that i do like the front design perfect for vertical installs if ur up for it

Yeah I suppose one's probably gotta clean out the dust once in awhile...at least the cooler's pretty beefy and shouldn't have any issues cooling the RTX 4070 Ti GPU! Are you using a white-themed motherboard with this card?

@@Frixxuu I see! What motherboard are you currently using? If you're already using say, a Gigabyte board, it might help to have the same brand of graphics card so that you can control the RGB lighting effects from the same app!

@@xxkillerdogxx likely due to the fact that the EAGLE line-up's targeted at the entry-level, hence the smaller cooling solution...that said, if I'm not mistaken Gigabyte's dropped the Vision name for AERO moving forward!

Is the Anti-Sag bracket still installable even when you're using a Mini-ATX motherboard? I'm using the B550m mortar wifi max and the most bottom right part of the board isn't screwed in since it doesn't reach the hole.

Thanks! I'm not sure how the pricing situation is like in Europe, but I'm guessing NVIDIA's closest-priced GPU (brand new) would be the....3060 Ti? If this is the case, I'd probably go with a 6750 XT instead, but do bear in mind that AMD's ray tracing performance is pretty bad versus NVIDIA (not that you'd be expecting to do much ray tracing with this class of card anyway, haha).

Im planning to change the adapter cable to white but I couldn’t get the adapter cable out from gpu. Do i have to squeeze down the tab real hard? Thanks

You've got to make sure that you've pressed down on the latch found on the power connector, and gently rock the connector left to right to try and loosen it up, before pulling it out and away from the graphics card. Hope this helps...

I didn't get the chance to benchmark this card, so I can't comment if there's coil whine. That said, all the modern higher-end graphics cards I've had the chance to test have had coil whine one way or another...I wouldn't be surprised if this card has coil whine too. Hopefully this won't be the case for you!

I have had this card for a bit more than a month and it runs really quiet. No coil whine at all. The temps are also very low due to the "way overkill" cooler. I upgraded from a 2070 super which is still decently serviceable for 1080/1440 gaming. Did this upgrade so I could move the 2070s to another build running a Ryzen 5 3600.

@@alecz3582 Just got mine 2 days after that comment, and its pretty good, I upgraded from a 1070 so it was a massive change, and yes 0 coilwhine and good temps, mines get to 55-56 when gaming

It does have RGB, but only on the long edge where the "AERO" text is! The fans don't have RGB lighting effects.

I have a question, ik it may be dumb but does a brand effect how good a graphics cards is like how gigabyte has a 4070ti and msi 4070 ti and the aero 4070 ti

It's a good question actually, and something that many would ask especially if you don't build PCs all that often. By and large, you can't really go wrong with the major brands in the market (e.g. ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI etc) - the differences usually boil down to the aesthetics of the card, the cooling setup of the graphics card, and slight variations in GPU clock speed across different brands for the same GPU chip type (e.g. the 4070 Ti that you mentioned). Of course, some brands tend to be priced at the higher end of the spectrum too due to their "premium" positioning (e.g. ASUS, which tends to be more expensive but might come with nicer packaging, nicer accessories etc), so it really depends on what you're looking out for when shopping for a graphics card. How's the price difference like between both GPUs where you're from? The 7900 XT is faster in general than the 4070 Ti with ray tracing off, especially with the driver updates that AMD has been releasing in the past few months that have improved the 7900 XT's performance, at least from what I've seen of other reviews/articles online!

@@Andy__L sounds like a good plan actually, are you gaming at 1440p predominantly? You could hold out till perhaps when RTX 5000 and maybe even the next gen of AMD/Intel processors arrive, so that you'd get a bigger generational leap in terms of performance uplift!
