Thank you I've been wanting to try my sous vide option on my cooker especially for steak for awhile but haven't yet I've been worried it won't turn out tender enough for someone in my family who has issues eating anything to crunchy or chewy, this looks easy and very helpful I think I'm going to give it a try finally

Mine are so tender but it will depend on the cut and quality of meat.

Vicky your the second person I’ve seen to do the sous vide wrong. It’s pre-warming when it’s showing “run”. After 35 minutes it will say “add” and that’s when you put your food in. Then it cooks for however long. I’m just learning how to use mine. Also if you sous vide a really tough cut like Chuck roast, it’s going to take 24 hours to be tender.

Thank you for watching my video. If you read the description it explains I cooked a steak earlier to save time and also explain the proper method of using the Multi Cooker. I did make a note on the title to see descriptions. Thank yoy.
