I'm sorry but you can't! It didn't come with this feature. The sous vide feature is new to our Multi Cooker. Thank you for asking.

Mine has been heating up for two hours now, still no add set it to 130, going to box this thing up & return it very disappointed

That doesn't sound right. Pampered Chef is very good about returns and exchanges if a product is not working correctly. I hope you got it taken care of. I LOVE MINE
