Perfect Strawberry Ice Cream!! Only 3 main ingredients! (No Ice cream maker)

Many people asked me to upload the strawberry ice cream recipe. Thank you all for waiting. It's a really sweet and soft strawberry ice cream.
I used the easier and simpler ingredients and recipe for strawberry ice cream than the chocolate ice cream. However you want to use fresh milk instead of condensed milk, you can refer to the video of 'Chocolate Ice Cream' but in that case, don't forget to add vanilla extract.
Ingredients :
1. 350g of fresh strawberries
2. 250ml of Whipping cream (unsweetened) 250ml
3. 110ml of Condensed milk (Sweetened)
* Please adjust the amount of sugar depending on your taste and the sweetness of strawberries you use. Sometime I make it without sugar. In that case the strawberry tastes slightly sour after boiling but because I add condensed milk later, I feel it is ok.

So I made this yesterday. Worked great - I had to use raspberries as store had no strawberries. There were zero ice crystals in final product (I did mix 5 or 6 times as it set, but I don't think it mattered). There is a high fat concentration so there were tiny globules that reduced the smooth effect, but all in all it was very good. Solid recipe. The final product should serve 5 or 6 depending on serving size.

The ice-cream i made at home always turned out pretty hard, i always had to wait a bit after taking out of the freezer to be able to scoop it out. I don't know because of my fridge is too cold or something.

Try storing it near the top of the freezer (depending on what type of freezer you have) it tends to be less cold if it's at the top x
